RoxRoute generates personalised Hyrox training plans using artificial intelligence based on information you provide. The plans are generated for informational and fitness planning purposes only. RoxRoute is not a medical service, and our plans are not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice.
Training plans are generated by an AI model and are not reviewed by a certified coach or medical professional before delivery. Results may vary. We make no guarantee that following a generated plan will result in any specific race performance or fitness outcome. You accept all risk associated with following an AI-generated training plan.
You confirm that you are physically capable of undertaking the training described in your plan. If you have any injury, illness, or medical condition, consult a doctor or physiotherapist before beginning any training programme. RoxRoute is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm that occurs in connection with following a generated plan.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. All prices are displayed before purchase. By completing payment you authorise the charge to your payment method. All transactions are in the currency shown at checkout.
Because training plans are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once a plan has been generated. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your plan, contact us at hello@roxroute.com and we will resolve it.
Your generated training plan is for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish your plan as your own coaching content. The RoxRoute brand, design, and software remain our intellectual property.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RoxRoute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your plan.
RoxRoute is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HYROX GmbH or any official HYROX organisation. HYROX is a registered trademark of HYROX GmbH.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
