RoxRoute ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
When you use RoxRoute, we collect the information you provide in the training plan form: your race date, fitness level, weekly training hours, and target goal. We do not collect your name unless you voluntarily provide it. If you purchase a plan, Stripe processes your payment — we receive only a confirmation of successful payment, not your card details.
Your training data is sent to an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) solely to generate your personalised Hyrox training plan. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our service.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Your training inputs are processed by Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate your plan. Anthropic may retain data according to their own privacy policy (anthropic.com/privacy). We recommend not including sensitive personal health information beyond what is necessary to generate your plan.
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function (e.g. remembering your session after payment). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
When you unlock your plan with your email address, we store your training plan and the answers you gave so you can log back in and access it at any time via the "My Plan" page. You can request deletion of your plan and account data at any time by emailing hello@roxroute.com.
You have the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you. Since we store minimal data, the most effective action is to simply not submit your information. To make a deletion request, contact us at hello@roxroute.com.
